1. First, check the injured part and tissue, confirm the reason of injury 2. Before use, be sure to stretch the tape so that it can stretch normally to ensure that it can be completely attached to the skin surface; 3. Then carefully clean the parts that need to be pasted. Any oil or lotion will cause the tape to be insufficiently compliant. If there is a lot of hair on the injury part, it is recommended to remove it before applying it; 4. Choosing the appropriate wrapping way, using the right length and shape of the tape according the injured part; Fixing the terminal when you stick, then tear the tape slowly and make sure the tape is fully adhesive to the skin. 5. If you want to stick it before exercise, please remember to stick it 1 hour before exercise, so as to have the best effect.
