1) Before use(Skin Preparation):

Trim excess hair, then clean and dry your skin (rubbing alcohol works!)

2) Use time(When Applying):

30 minutes before exercise.

Only stretch the middle part of k tape strips (no more than 70%) and don’t touch the adhesive directly.

The first and last 2 inches of physio tape applied Without stretch.

3) about use(Moving about apply custom athletic tape):

Remove the athletic tape kinesiology in the same direction of the hair growth.

Apply baby oil which will help dissolve the adhesive.
