There are basically two types of cosmetic cotton materials: absorbent cotton and non-woven fabrics. These two materials have their own advantages and disadvantages. You can choose according to your needs.
Absorbent cotton
The cotton pad is thick and soft to the touch, and requires a large amount when used to apply toner; sometimes it has the phenomenon of desquamation and weak water absorption.
Non-woven fabric
This kind of cotton pad is relatively thin and has a coarser touch, but because of its strong water absorption, the amount of toner is relatively small.
